  • Sometimes the drive to want to feel better can be all we need to take the first step.

    Figuring out where to begin and what our goals might be is a part of the process, and we can work through that together.

  • No matter who we are, or what our story is, we can all feel overwhelmed.

    Any reason to attend therapy is valid if it is something that is challenging us or negatively impacting our well-being.

  • This is a question that only you can answer.

    It may be because loved ones have encouraged us. It may be when we feel lost or overwhelmed. It may be that our usual coping strategies aren’t working anymore.

    Our reasons for attending counselling are unique to each of us, but the commonality is a desire to feel better.

  • All counselling sessions are confidential. Meaning that what you disclose, your personal information, and your attendance to counselling is confidential.

    However, there are instances where I am obliged to breach confidentiality. These include:

    • If I asses you to be an immediate danger to yourself or others.

    • If I am subpoenaed by a court of law.

    • If you request that I share your case notes.

  • A 50 minute individual session costs $150.

    A 50 minute couple’s session costs $180
